Jon Batchelor, CTS

Jon Batchelor, CTS, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jon is currently the Director of Operations at PixelFLEX LED, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Project and Programs Manager at PixelFLEX LED from July 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining PixelFLEX LED, Jon worked at Advent, where they held various roles. Jon was the Digital Experience Operations Manager from February 2020 to March 2020, responsible for managing the digital experience life cycle and client support needs. Jon also served as the Digital Experience Producer from March 2017 to February 2020, overseeing the completion of digital projects and collaborating with the technical team and designers.

Jon's earlier experience includes working at M3 Technology Group, Inc. as the Audio-Video Support Supervisor from September 2016 to March 2017. In this role, they coordinated AV support activities for a corporate office building and was the primary point of contact for client AV support needs. Prior to that, they worked at ITW Dynatec as the Technical Service Lead, Americas from June 2015 to September 2016 and as a Technical Services representative from April 2014 to May 2015. Jon was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, aiding customers in locating the correct equipment, and implementing processes as a CRM administrator.

Jon's earliest experience is with ESS Inc., where they worked for over 12 years. Jon held the position of Project Manager from October 2009 to April 2014 and started as a Service and Installation Technician from March 2002 to October 2009.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in operations, project management, and technical support.

Jon Batchelor, CTS obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). The specific start and end year of their education at MTSU is not provided. Prior to attending MTSU, they attended Hillsboro High School from 1996 to 1999.
