Ryan Benson

Ryan Benson is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and network operations. Currently serving as Team Lead On-site Support at Pixelle Specialty Solutions since October 2021, Ryan has previously held positions such as I.T. Analyst at Kenworth Truck Co. and Provisioning Tech at CenturyLink. A strong foundation in customer service and technical troubleshooting was established early in Ryan's career as a Technical Support Analyst at Teleperformance and as a Network Technician at URS Corporation. Ryan holds multiple degrees from Ohio University, including Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Technical and Applied Studies, along with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Ohio University-Chillicothe Campus.
