Shai Pardo currently serves as the AVP of Customer Experience & Presales at Pixellot, where the focus is on assembling a high-performing customer experience team dedicated to maximizing customer satisfaction through active listening and understanding customer needs. Previous roles include Head of Global Presales and Sales Engineer Manager at ComBtas, and Head of Customer Success at Orad (now Avid), where responsibilities included product management and overseeing the development of a new product from inception to implementation, as well as managing project and technical aspects of customer engagements and international trade shows.
