Sergio Poroko

Sergio Poroko has a wealth of experience in the technology and business sectors. Sergio began their career in 2002 as Partner/President at 1832 Production Inc., where they were responsible for establishing and growing new business, as well as developing marketing concepts to generate new clientele. In 2003, they became a Consultant, Project Manager/IT Support at 1st Capital Banc, where they developed network schematics and diagrams, managed the deployment of a Web-based leads generator and distribution software, and developed strategies to productize this application. In 2004, they moved to Hostway Corporation as a Project Manager/Retention Manager, where they proactively pinpointed customers' pain-points and developed, tested, deployed, and managed Customer Retention Programs. In 2006, they joined JWT Inside as an Interactive Producer, where they managed large-production teams and one of the agency's largest clients, General Motors. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at AlphaZeta Interactive as an Interactive Project Manager, and from 2011 to 2017, they were a Project Manager/Analyst at Lyons Consulting Group. In 2017, they joined Capgemini as a Risk Manager, Managed Services Delivery, where they established, managed, and evolved a risk management program. In 2020, they moved to PixelMEDIA as a Director, Functional Architecture and Sr. Functional Architect, and in 2022, they joined RafterOne as a Director, Functional Architecture.

Sergio Poroko attended the American Academy of Art from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Design/Communications Art.
