Jeremy Kravitz is a highly experienced professional in the field of remote sensing and oceanography, currently serving as the Lead of Global Analytics at Pixxel since November 2024, focusing on hyperspectral remote sensing processing and applications. Prior to this role, Jeremy held positions as a Research Scientist at both the Bay Area Environmental Research Institute and NASA Ames Research Center from February 2023 to February 2024. Additionally, Jeremy completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at NASA from February 2021 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Scientist at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and as a Coral Specialist for The Nature Conservancy in 2014. Jeremy holds a PhD in Oceanography from the University of Cape Town and a BS in Biology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
