Nevil Bruno

Nevil Bruno is the People Analytics & Insights Lead at WSAudiology since August 2021, where responsibilities include shaping the Global People Analytics practice and driving talent strategies through data science. Prior to this, Nevil served as a Consultant at Mercer, specializing in Workforce Analytics and Rewards, managing projects in various sectors and focusing on employee engagement. Earlier experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at Infineon Technologies, an IT Operations Engineer at Ford Motor Company, and a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant. Nevil holds a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Singapore Management University and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
