Ravi Suhag

Ravi Suhag serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Pixxel, leading the development of an earth observation platform that utilizes hyperspectral imaging satellites, along with automated image processing and machine learning to analyze global phenomena in near real-time. As the Founder of Raystack Foundation, previously known as Open DataOps Foundation, Ravi directs community efforts to create open-source technologies for data and AI. Ravi's experience includes serving as VP Engineering, Data Platforms at Gojek, where significant data infrastructure and self-service platforms were established to enhance data-driven decision-making. Previous roles at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Hindustan Times, J-PAL, and Infoclot highlight a consistent focus on leveraging technology for impactful social change and improved policy-making through data. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from KIIT.
