Craig Elwin

Craig Elwin has extensive work experience in the food industry, particularly with Pizza Hut. Craig started their career as a Deputy & Duty Manager in 1998 and eventually worked their way up to Regional Director Of Operations for Pizza Hut in 2018. Throughout their career at Pizza Hut, they held various roles including Senior Area Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Restaurant General Manager. In 2007, they transitioned to Pizza Hut UK (Yum Restaurants International) where they served as an Area Manager and Ops Manager London & South East. Craig also gained experience at Associated Cooperative Creameries where they worked as a Supervisor. In 2013, they joined Pizza Hut Restaurants UK as a Services Operations Manager and later became a Regional Operations Manager.
