Diane Simrall

Diane Simrall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Franchise Finance at Pizza Hut, where they developed and executed key franchise initiatives and strategies. Diane also led a team that supported franchisees and provided assistance with buying and selling. Prior to Pizza Hut, Diane worked at KFC US as the Director of Franchise Finance, where they performed similar responsibilities and also managed M&A activities and closure mitigation. Diane has also held roles at Yum China as a Consultant and at Yum! Brands as an Associate Manager in Investor Relations and as a Senior Treasury Analyst. Their early career included positions as an Assurance Associate at PwC and as a Tax Associate at Yum! Brands.

Diane Simrall earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Accounting and Communications from Bellarmine University between 2000 and 2005. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science in Strategic Finance at Indiana University-Southeast with a focus on Finance. In 2007, Diane obtained a CPA certification from the State of Kentucky. Recently, in 2022, they received a Franchise Management Bootcamp Certificate from the University of Louisville.
