Shari-Lee Rafferty

Shari-Lee Rafferty is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Design Manager - Global at Pizza Hut since January 2023, Shari-Lee previously held multiple roles at Pizza Hut - Middle East, Turkey and Africa, including Development and Design Manager - Africa and Design Manager from October 2016 to February 2023. Prior experience as a Junior Project Manager at McDonald's from March 2012 to September 2015 complements a solid foundation in design and architecture, supported by an Associate's degree in Architectural Technology/Technician from the University of Johannesburg, obtained in 2011.
