Bledi Jahjaga

Bledi Jahjaga is an experienced food operations professional currently serving as the Head of Food at Pizza Pilgrims since November 2019. In this role, Bledi focuses on enhancing the pizza offerings, building relationships with supply chain partners, and fostering internal communication to ensure high quality and safe working practices. Prior to this, Bledi held various roles at Wahaca from November 2009 to November 2019, including overseeing operations for seven sites, managing financial planning, and leading team recruitment and development, contributing to an annual revenue of £10 million. Bledi also possesses extensive experience in new openings, supporting pre-opening planning and training, as well as roles as Head Chef and Sous Chef that emphasized team engagement, food safety, and operational efficiency.
