Ginny’s background is in Learning Disability and Mental Health nursing qualifying in 1994 and she has extensive experience in the operational management of clinical services with a focus on governance, clinical audit and quality improvement.

As General Manager for Quality and Compliance, Ginny is committed to ensuring the highest clinical standards are met and the work PJ Care does is evidence-based, she is passionate about improving the experiences of the residents and their families and staff.
