Timothy Radcliff

Tim Radcliff is a Director in the Infrastructure, Power & Renewables team focusing on Power & Renewables. He joined the firm in 2019.

Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Radcliff was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he advised clients in the renewables, clean technology, and utility sectors. He has executed a wide variety of successful transactions including corporate- and asset-level M&A, structured and tax equity financings, and IPOs.

Previously, Mr. Radcliff led the Clean Technology Equity Research practice at Morgan Stanley, where he was a thought leader in the emerging areas of utility-scale and distributed renewables, electric vehicles, energy storage, and smart grid technologies. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley covering financial institutions.
