Walter Graf

Walter Graf currently serves as Chief Economist and Senior Director of Economics at PJM Interconnection since May 2021. Previously, Walter Graf held positions as Senior Associate and Associate at The Brattle Group from April 2016 to April 2021, and also worked as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2015. Walter Graf's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 2016, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan, received in 2010. Additionally, Walter Graf contributed to research as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan.
