Cynthia Maus

Cynthia Maus is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Board Member at AbilityPath since November 2022 and as a Managing Director at PJT Partners since December 2020, Cynthia has held significant roles at various esteemed organizations. Previous positions include Director of Real Estate at Crow Holdings Capital from March 2015 to August 2020, and Principal at Blackstone - Park Hill Real Estate Group from May 2006 to February 2015. Early career experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at both Credit Suisse First Boston and Citigroup from 2001 to 2004. Cynthia holds an MBA in Business from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Texas A&M University.
