Beata Górniak

She has been working at PKP Energetyka since 2017. She has successfully transformed HR processes in a company that currently employs 4,200 employees. As a result of the activities of her team, the company was awarded the prestigious international Top Employer certificate in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Previously, she managed the HR and HR departments in companies such as: Tauron, Vattenfall, Saint Gobain and Tesco. An expert in the processes of change management and building employee relations. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia, and also completed the Advanced Management Program at the ICAN Institute.
