Kristen Adams

Kristen Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently, Kristen serves as Co-Owner at Machine Gone Junk, a veteran and female-owned junk removal business in South Florida, and holds membership in Impact 100 Palm Beach County. Kristen also contributes to Place of Hope Inc. as a member of the Angel Mom Leadership Committee and leads as Team Captain at Boca Raton Bath & Tennis Club. As the Chief Executive Officer of DDL1 since 2017, Kristen has demonstrated strong business acumen. Additionally, Kristen has been an Ambassador for We Dine Together since 2015 and was the Founder of Roe's Way Foundation, focusing on empowering women. Previous experience includes a long tenure as Managing Director at Marriott International, overseeing multiple properties in the South Florida market, and serving as a Board Member for the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce and Meeting Professionals International.
