Lior Gerson

Lior Gerson is the current Vice President of Product Management at Placer.ai. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Product & Development and General Manager of Israel at gettacar.com. During their time at gettacar.com, they helped raise $50M in funding and grow the company's annual sales revenue to almost $100M. As an exec team member, Lior worked closely with the CEO and other exec members to plan and implement company strategy and roadmaps. They were also responsible for creating and managing teams focused on product management, architecture, design, technology, IT, QA, BI, and Data.

Under Lior's leadership, gettacar.com was able to build a vertically integrated, best-in-class solution that empowered the company's operations and sales process at a fraction of the cost of their bigger competitors. This attracted the interest of industry leaders and in 2021, Lior also took on the management and restructuring of the company's Marketing function. In this role, they were successful in reducing CAC by 50%.

Prior to their time at gettacar.com, Lior served as Chief Innovation Officer at Litmus7 Systems Consulting and Chief Technology Officer at Seebo (now part of Augury).

Lior Gerson holds a B.A in Computer Science from Israel Jobs and is a programmer at MAMRAM - IDF. Lior also attended MOR high-school.
