VP, Data Partnerships at Placer.ai

Stefan Martinovic is the current VP of Data Partnerships at Placer.ai. Prior to this, they were the VP of Investments & Head of Analytics at Midwood Investment & Development from August 2018 to February 2021.

Stefan has been in the real estate industry for over 90 years and has experience with a variety of real estate assets including retail, office, residential, mixed use, and net leased properties. Stefan is also experienced in development, leasing, and management activities.

In their role at Midwood, Stefan led the digital enablement of the platform, which included applying cutting edge technologies and analytics to investment selection, as well as digital transformation initiatives that support development, leasing, and management activities. Under Stefan's leadership, Midwood was able to successfully restore and revitalize urban centers across the country.

Now at Placer.ai, Stefan is using their experience and expertise to help the company develop data-driven solutions that improve the way people live and work.

Stefan Martinovic received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from William & Mary, their Graduate Studies in Urban Development & Economic Policy from Northwestern University, and their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Seton Hall University. Stefan also holds a High School Diploma from Tulane University and The Peddie School. In addition, they are certified by the Green Building Certification Institute as a LEED Green Associate and by the District of Columbia and Virginia as a Notary Public. Stefan is also certified by the North American Securities Administrators Association as a Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor and by the Federal Communications Commission as a Technician Plus Amateur Radio Operator.
