Joana Sousa Lara

Joana Sousa Lara has a diverse work experience. Joana is currently the Head of Talent at Placer - Integrated Urban Design & Development since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Panana as an Associate Founder since January 2017.

Joana also gained experience at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, where they held multiple roles. Joana worked as a Career Consultant from September 2019 to February 2021 and as an Alumni & Career Services member from February 2021 to March 2022.

In addition, Joana worked as a Project Coordinator at CRESCER from September 2017 to September 2018. Joana'srole involved managing the creation of a gastronomic project aimed at supporting the integration of asylum seekers into the community.

Before that, they worked briefly as a Business Development professional at EatTasty from August 2016 to December 2016.

Joana also gained experience in Human Resources at UniPlaces, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist from June 2015 to October 2015. Joana managed hiring processes, built strong candidate relationships, and contributed to employee well-being. Joana also briefly worked as a Sales Executive at UniPlaces from January 2015 to June 2015.

Furthermore, Joana had an internship at José de Mello Saúde in 2014, where they contributed to the company's Innovation Internship Program. Joana'sresponsibilities included analyzing tasks for potential automation, establishing contacts with suppliers and experts, and organizing innovation events.

Lastly, they worked as a Consultant at Quorumaster in December 2011 and January 2012.

Joana Sousa Lara completed their undergraduate education in Psychology from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada. Joana attended this institute from 2009 to 2012. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued higher studies in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics to obtain an International Master in Business Administration.
