Tswjyeej Their is an experienced Tooling Design Engineer at Placon Corporation since November 2021, focusing on designing and developing thermoforming packaging for retail and medical applications as part of the NPD Engineering team. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineer with Aerotek at Ecowater Systems LLC and Polaris Industries, where Tswjyeej supported production engineering and New Product Introduction teams. Responsibilities included the design of automated production machines and engineering support for launching new motorcycle engines. Tswjyeej's earlier experience encompasses electrical and mechanical design roles, including projects at RFA Engineering for Caterpillar machines and Schwing America, developing fixtures for welding and assembly processes. Tswjyeej holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology - Mechanical Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
