Metin Bektaş

Metin BEKTAŞ serves as the Global Head of Procurement for Chocolate and Cocoa Products at pladis Global since July 2023. Prior to this, Metin held roles at the Barry Callebaut Group as Sourcing Manager for Turkey and EEMEA from July 2019 to July 2023, and worked at Şölen Çikolata Gıda San.ve Tic. A.Ş. as a Procurement Executive and Purchasing Specialist from May 2012 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes the position of Purchasing Responsible at Turas Gas between December 2010 and April 2012. Metin BEKTAŞ holds an MBA from Koç University, completed a Mini-MBA in March 2021, and obtained an Executive MBA from Istanbul University from September 2018 to February 2020, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Istanbul University earned between 2004 and 2009.
