Rohit Shukla

Rohit Shukla has extensive work experience in the food and confectionery industry. Rohit is currently the Head of Research and Development at pladis Global, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as GM R&D and Quality at Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd. from December 2019. From June 2017 to December 2019, Rohit worked as the Head of R&D and Quality at Modern Food Enterprises Private Limited. Rohit also has past experience at Britannia Industries Limited, where they held various roles such as Manager - R&D, Quality Assurance Manager, Franchise Operations Officer, and Quality Assurance Officer. Before joining Britannia Industries Limited, they worked at Strategic Food International Co., Dubai, and Al Sallan Food Industries Co., Oman as the Quality Assurance Manager. Rohit started their career at Parry's Confectionery Ltd., Chennai as a Production Executive/Franchise In-Charge.

Rohit Shukla earned a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and Processing from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute between 1991 and 1995. Prior to that, they completed their 10 + 2 education in Mathematics, Science, and English at Rastriya Inter College, affiliated to U.P. Board, Allahabad, from 1986 to 1990. In addition, Rohit Shukla holds a certification as a Lead Auditor for Food Safety Management System FSSC 22000 from IRCA London.
