Lisa Keim

Lisa Keim is a skilled food scientist with extensive experience in product development and quality assurance across various esteemed companies. Currently employed at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. since June 2023, Lisa previously held the position of food scientist at Fifth Season, where significant contributions included leading product trials and enhancing manufacturing efficiency. At The Kraft Heinz Company, Lisa developed and launched innovative food formulations while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Early career roles included sensory technician responsibilities at the Sensory Evaluation Center at Penn State, as well as internships focused on quality assurance and food analysis.
