Simon Worne has a diverse background in marketing and brand management. Simon most recently served as the Interim Global Brand Director for Mr. Kipling at Premier Foods in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Director at pladis Global in 2022. In 2021, Simon worked as a Marketing Consultant for various companies including Ross & Ross Events, Panoramic Journeys, and The Kitchen Garden People. From 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Marketing Director & Business Consultant at Flower and White Ltd. Simon also has experience in entrepreneurship, as they co-founded Top Herd Snacks, a protein-based snack business, in 2016. Throughout their career, they have held various marketing and managerial roles at companies such as Product Chain Ltd, Fiddes Payne, General Mills, McCann Erickson, and Saatchi & Saatchi London.
Simon Worne attended St Edward's School, Oxford from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a BA Honours in Geography from Nottingham University.
