Hiroyuki Shimizu

Hiroyuki Shimizu is currently the Director of Customer Experience at PLAID, Inc., a company that provides the SaaS based CX platform "KARTE". Prior to this, Shimizu worked as a Senior Manager in Marketing & Developer Relations at GREE, Inc. and as an Alliance Partner Sales Representative at Hewlett-Packard. Shimizu graduated from Keio University in 2005.
