Darius Minaee

Darius Minaee serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Plaid since January 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with C-suite executives on strategic hiring initiatives, leading a team of over 90 recruiters, and driving significant improvements in recruiting metrics. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director at Facebook from October 2015 to January 2022, managing a recruiting organization for Infrastructure and Reality Labs and achieving notable hiring targets while focusing on diversity and inclusion efforts. Darius also held a senior manager role at The Walt Disney Company, where leadership spanned technology talent acquisition and the implementation of diversity-driven recruitment strategies. Early career positions include technical recruiting management roles at Demand Media, Adconion Media Group, and Openwave Systems. Darius holds a BA in Political Science from San Jose State University.
