Heather Edwards

Heather Edwards has over a decade of experience in pipeline operations, currently serving as a Pipeline Controller at Plains All American since July 2014. Prior experience includes a similar role as Pipeline Controller (Water) at Colorado River Municipal Water District from May 2009 to July 2014. Heather's technical background includes service in the US Navy as an Electronic Warfare Technician from March 2000 to April 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) from Lamar University, attendance at The University of Texas Permian Basin, and an Associate of Science in Biology from Metropolitan Community College.
