Pascal Lavoie

Pascal Lavoie has extensive experience in health and safety, holding the position of EH&S Advisor at Plains Midstream Canada since August 2009. Previously, Pascal served as the EH&S District Manager for Cobra Group Of Limited Partnerships from February 2002 to July 2008, and worked as the Construction & Operation Manager at AEC from September 1998 to May 2002. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health from the University of Victoria, obtained between 1993 and 1995, and completed education at St Jerome from 1989 to 1992.
