Bill Leonard, CTFA, CISP has extensive experience in the wealth management industry. Bill is currently working at PlainsCapital Bank as the Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Market Manager for PlainsCapital Private Bank. Bill also managed the Texas Fiduciary Services Group as the Vice President and Texas Manager.
Earlier in their career, Bill worked at Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President in Trust and at AG Edwards as an Investment Broker. Bill started their career as a Revenue Specialist at the City of Denison.
Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated expertise in fiduciary solutions, retirement and wealth planning, comprehensive asset management, and client communication. Bill has successfully managed large client portfolios and generated significant fee revenue.
Bill Leonard, CTFA, CISP earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and History from Austin College. In addition, they obtained the certifications of Certified IRA Specialist from the Institute of Certified Bankers - American Bankers Association in September 2001, and Certified Trust & Financial Advisor in August 2000.
