Hill Shands

Hill Shands is a seasoned Commercial Loan Officer at PlainsCapital Bank, with a tenure beginning in April 2007. Previously, Hill served as the Vice President of Membership for the Young Men's Business League (YMBL) from January 2012 to December 2013, leading a team dedicated to membership retention, recruitment, and event hosting for one of Austin's oldest social service organizations. Hill Shands earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Mississippi between 2002 and 2006.
