Stewart Bul

Stewart Bul's work experience includes serving as a Sr. Vice-President in the Special Assets Dept. for PlainsCapital Bank since 2013. In this role, they have been responsible for handling the liquidation of classified loans and the sale of foreclosed assets. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President in the Special Assets Dept. for Southwest Securities, FSB from 2009 to 2013, where they handled the sale of foreclosed properties and worked out classified loans. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Asset Manager for Passco Companies, LLC from 2008 to 2009, overseeing the asset management of 20 apartment complexes. Stewart also worked as a Vice President for Winston Capital from 2005 to 2008, where they handled the acquisition, financing, and development of a condominium project and a Transit Oriented Development. Additionally, they served as Sr. Vice President and Partner for JPI Companies from 2000 to 2005, managing multiple projects in the Student Housing Division.

Stewart Bul attended Principia College from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration.
