Noelle Rancourt is a seasoned professional in gender equality and inclusion, currently serving as a Gender Equality and Inclusion Advisor at Plan International Canada since June 2018. Rancourt has extensive experience in various roles focusing on gender analysis and capacity building, demonstrated through previous positions such as Curriculum Development Consultant at Elephant Thoughts Educational Outreach and SGBV Capacity Development Consultant at Norwegian People's Aid. With a strong background in protection programming at Concern Worldwide, Rancourt has contributed to numerous projects addressing gender-based violence and sexual violence responses. Rancourt holds an MPhil in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Oslo and a B.A. (Hons) in Political Studies from Queen's University.
