Joe La Civita is an experienced professional in mechanical estimating and project management with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Manager of Mechanical Estimating at Plan Group Inc. since October 2019, Joe oversees an estimating team and enhances the estimating database. Previously at ENGIE MultiTech Ltd., Joe held the roles of Mechanical Estimating Manager and Senior Estimator, where significant contributions included creating process documentation and preparing comprehensive bid submissions. Joe's foundational experience includes positions as an Estimator and Purchaser at Kelson and as an Account Manager at Emco Corporation.
