Miguel Pérez Garciandía

Miguel Pérez Garciandía's work experience starts in 2008 as an HR Generalist Junior at HP. Miguel then worked at Guardian Industries as an HR Business Partner and also participated in their job rotation talent program as a Logistic Manager and Production Manager. In 2014, they became the Global HR Manager at VISCOFAN S.A. and successfully held this position until 2019. Since 2019, Miguel has been working at PLANASA as the HR Director Europe. Additionally, they have also served as a Guest Lecturer at IME Business School in 2023.

Miguel Pérez Garciandía completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IE Business School in 2017. Miguel also holds a Human Resources Management Master's degree from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., which they completed from 2009 to 2010. In 2005 and 2006, Miguel participated in the Erasmus exchange program at Utrecht University, where they studied psychology, law, cultural studies, and economics. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they completed from 2001 to 2008.
