Mercy Ndirangu, M-PRSK, MCIPR, currently serves as the Head of Business Support Group at Planate Management Group, overseeing various operational branches including Internal Communication, Creatives, and Facility Management while driving strategic direction and operational agility. With experience as a Business Support Group Manager and Country Manager for Kenya, Mercy has demonstrated transformational leadership and effective cross-functional coordination. As the founder of Marincy Solutions and former Experiential Events & Communication Manager at Bluegrass Solutions, Mercy has a strong background in event management and public relations. Previous roles include Chief of Staff and Communication Manager at Albinism Society of Kenya and journalist positions at Financial Post Kenya and BusinessNews Daily. Academic credentials include a PhD in Business/Corporate Communications from Daystar University and an MA in Project Management from the University of Nairobi.
