Rinat Paperny

Rinat brings over 20 years of experience in human capital management in various industries and organisations, spending the last 10 years in high tech companies. She spent a few years at Check Point and then started her start-up journey. Prior to joining Planck, Rinat was VP HR at Dome9 (acquired by Check Point) and VP HR at Taykey (acquired by Innovid). Rinat is experienced in building HR global teams from scratch and has experienced many company lifecycle stages from rapid growth, investments, layoffs and M&A’s. Rinat has a B.A. in behavioural science, majoring in Human Resources and a M.A. in Business Management majoring in Human Resources.
