Randy Smith

Randy Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Randy started their career at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where they held various customer service roles, including Senior Customer Service Representative and Lead Customer Service Representative. Randy also worked as an Intake Systems Liaison and a Face-to-Face Follow-up Customer Service Lead. In 2012, Randy co-founded Blue Mercedes Entertainment and served as the CEO. Randy then joined Planday in 2015 as an Activation Consultant. Most recently, they worked at 24i as a Technical Support Engineer in the US.

Randy Smith has an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Borough of Manhattan Community College. Randy obtained this degree between 2004 and 2007. Furthermore, Randy has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Brooklyn College, which they completed between 2010 and 2015. In addition to their degrees, Randy has also obtained a certification in ICD-9 Medical Coding from Brooklyn College in May 2003.
