Sonja Gabrielsen has worked in various roles since 2009. Sonja began their career as a Research Assistant at Cornell University, followed by a role as a Server at Papa Razzi Trattoria in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Program Assistant to EES Field Semester in Hawaii at Cornell University. In 2013, they were a Reservationist at Marea Restaurant. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Opus, starting as a Client Service Associate, then becoming a Strategic Account Manager and eventually a Director of Strategic Accounts. In 2020, they moved to NICE Actimize as a Customer Success Manager, and in 2022 they began working as a Customer Engagement Manager at Planet FWD.
Sonja Gabrielsen attended Villanova University from 2007 to 2008, and then Cornell University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Earth Sciences and Theatre Arts.
