Carolyn Grillo

Carolyn Grillo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Carolyn currently holds the position of AVP Commercial Escrow at Planet Home Lending, LLC, where they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Guaranteed Rate from December 2020 to April 2023, first as a Business Systems Analyst and then as an Escalation Support Manager. From February 2017 to December 2020, Carolyn was a Business Systems Analyst, Sr. at Fiserv. Carolyn also worked as the Director of Loan Servicing at Planet Home Lending, LLC from March 2011 to February 2017. Their earlier roles include Analyst at iStar Financial from August 2008 to March 2011, Loan Servicing Manager at Green Planet Servicing from November 2007 to August 2008, and Supervisor at Mortgage Lenders Network from January 2001 to May 2007. Carolyn started their career as a Relationship Representative at The Chase Manhattan Bank in 1996, where they worked until 2000.

Carolyn Grillo attended Cheshire High School from 1989 to 1993. Carolyn then pursued a degree in Political Science at Southern Connecticut State University from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they enrolled at Albertus Magnus College in 1997 and studied Business Administration for a year.
