John Bauman has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. John began their career at Impac Companies in 2003 as a VP of Due Diligence & Asset Management, where they worked until 2006. John then joined Impac Lending as a VP of Due Diligence & Asset Management from 2002 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, John worked as a VP Asset Transaction Management at Alliance Bancorp, where they developed relationships with Wall Street investors and completed annual secondary marketing sales.

In 2007, John became a Contract Consultant at Clayton, where they provided risk-based management procedures for Deutsche Bank and GE Capital. John then joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in 2010 as a Post Closing Asset Manager, responsible for coordinating functions related to the FDIC's role as the Receiver of failed banks.

In 2012, John became a Risk Share Asset Management Specialist with the FDIC, specializing in coordinating a working relationship between the FDIC and Acquiring Institutions. John monitored, provided leadership, and prepared loans or assets for sale.

From 2015 to 2016, John worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Quatrro Mortgage Solutions. Currently, they are employed as a Quality Control Analyst at Planet Home Lending, LLC, a position they have held since 2016.

John Bauman attended the University of Arizona from 1965 to 1970, but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study during that time. In 1989, they obtained a certification as a Licensed California Real Estate Broker.
