Ijeoma Sea

Ijeoma Sea has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Ijeoma began their career as an intern at the Atlanta Municipal Court in 2010. Ijeoma then worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at various organizations, including the NFL Alumni Association, Prosek Partners, and Matrix Private Capital Group, from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they became the Manager of Health Practice Operations at Makovsky, where they stayed until 2016 when they transitioned to graze.com as a People and Office Operations Manager until 2018. In 2018, they joined Jetblack as an Office Operations & Experience Manager until 2019 when they became the Manager of Office Operations at The Wing. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Howl as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and later progressed to the role of Human Resources Director in 2023.

Ijeoma Sea pursued their education at various institutions at different time periods. From 2004 to 2005, they attended Georgia State University Perimeter College, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution. Continuing their education, they enrolled at Georgia State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in December 2020, they obtained a certification called the edX Verified Certificate for Improving Your Business Through a Culture of Health from edX.
