Matt Hales

Matt Hales has a strong background in recruitment and account management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and CRO industries. Matt started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hydrogen Group from November 2011 to March 2014. Then they worked as a Recruiter at inVentiv Health Clinical from March 2014 to February 2015. Following that, they served as an Internal Recruiter at Premier Research from February 2015 to March 2016, focusing on recruitment activities across all departments in Europe and the Rest of the World. Currently, they are working at Planet Pharma, where they have held various roles since March 2016, including Senior Recruiter from March 2016 to September 2019, Account Manager (EMEA) from September 2019 to January 2021, and currently as the Account Management Team Lead (EMEA) for the Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device & CRO division.

Matt Hales earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from The University of Sheffield from 2005 to 2008.
