Brian Ormsby

Vice President Customer Success at Planful

Brian Ormsby, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Brian currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Planful since February 2021.

Prior to joining Planful, Brian held various roles at HireVue from 2013 to 2020. Brian began as a Customer Success Manager in August 2013 and then progressed to become the Director of Customer Success in April 2015. Brian then became the Senior Director of Customer Success in August 2017 before being promoted to the position of VP, Customer Success in June 2018. Brian held this role until December 2020.

Before their tenure at HireVue, Brian worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Rio Tinto Kennecott Utah Copper from March 2011 to August 2013.

Brian's career began at UPS in 1996, where they worked as an Area Human Resource Manager for 15 years, from July 1996 to March 2011.

Throughout their career, Brian has developed expertise in customer success, human resources, and management, making him a highly experienced professional in the field.

Brian Ormsby, SPHR completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Utah from 2001 to 2004. In 2008, they obtained the SPHR certification from SHRM.
