Mha/Mba Tram Nguyen

Tram Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Starting with Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, they held various positions including Sr. Director of Quality Assurance & Abortion Access, where they played a key role in establishing policies and receiving grants for reproductive healthcare access. Tram also served as an Administrator, leading the creation of an Ambulatory Surgical Center and increasing patient visits by 40%. Prior to this, Tram was an Assistant HC Manager & Lead Trainer, Assistant HC Manager (Training), Administrative Coordinator, and Health Center Assistant at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, gaining experience in training, management, and administrative tasks.

Before joining Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Tram worked as a Scheduler/Biller at Arlington Digestive Disease and as a Support Specialist at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). Tram also worked as a Registration Clerk at University Care Plus.

Tram Nguyen, MHA/MBA, pursued their higher education with a strong focus on healthcare and business administration. Tram completed their Master's of Healthcare/Business Administration (MHA/MBA) from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2018. Prior to this, Tram obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Biology from the University of Houston in 2009.
