Brenda Post has a diverse work experience in talent management, organization development, and human resources. Brenda currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Talent & Organization Development at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest. Prior to this, Brenda launched their own company, Talent4Impact LLC, where they provided leadership, talent management, and organization development consulting services. Brenda also served as Team Leader and VP of HR & Talent Management at Kisco Senior Living, where they introduced talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and coaching programs. Brenda has previous experience as Director of Organizational Development and HR Transformation at Cardinal Health, and as a Senior Manager of HR Business Partner at Alaris Medical Systems. Brenda began their career as the Director of Training & Development at Memec, where they built a successful internal sales training process and led change management initiatives.

Brenda Post has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Psychology from Kenyon College. Brenda also holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Boston University. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in July 2022. In September 2017, they acquired the Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team certification from John Wiley and Sons. In 2014, they obtained the Team Performance System certification from The Grove Consultants International. Additionally, they obtained the ViaEDGE Assessment (Lominger Learning Agility) certification from Korn Ferry in 2012. In 2008, they acquired the MBTI certification, and in 2007, they obtained the Lominger Leadership Architect certification from Korn Ferry and the Predictive Index certification from The Predictive Index.
