Madeline de Leon Mph

Madeline de Leon, MPH, is a skilled project manager and public health professional with extensive experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously across various departments. Currently serving as the PMO Support Lead and Project Manager at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest since May 2019, Madeline collaborates with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. Previous roles at Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California involved facilitating high-level meetings and developing strategic frameworks, while earlier positions at the University of Washington and Harborview Medical Center included leadership, outreach, and public health strategy development. Madeline holds a Master’s degree in Health Services from the University of Washington and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Public Health from Flinders University and Pacific University, respectively.
