Vera Rice

Vera Rice has extensive experience in human resources and management, serving in various roles at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest since September 2012, including Manager of Compensation and Benefits and Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include managing the total rewards program, overseeing employee life-cycle operations, and implementing HR policies. Prior to this, Vera held positions at the Association of South Bay Surgeons, where tasks included insurance authorizations and HR support. Vera holds multiple degrees from California State University-Dominguez Hills, including an ongoing Master of Business Administration, a previous Master in International Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
