Beth Davidson

Beth Davidson is an experienced in-house legal counsel specializing in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, they previously held the same title at The Pew Charitable Trusts and contributed as Investigative Counsel for the Congressional Oversight Panel during the implementation of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). With a robust background in tax-exempt organizations, corporate governance, and compliance, Beth has worked in various legal roles, including as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. They earned a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
