Steve Manley

Chief People Officer at Planned Parenthood

Steve Manley is the Chief People Officer for Planned Parenthood’s National Office. He provides strategic leadership across all areas impacting People and Culture (Talent Acquisition, Professional Development, and Retention).

Steve joined the organization in 2017 as the National Director for Talent and Organizational Health which focused on Talent Acquisition, Organization Engagement, Well-being, and Compensation. Subsequently, Steve worked with The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to develop a leadership development program for PPFA Leaders. The leadership development program is a several week journey based on competencies and incorporates self-assessment and a 360 degree component.

Prior to joining PPFA, Steve worked in the biopharma industry holding roles in human resources and operations. He received a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from Princeton University and a JD from Rutgers Law School. In 2011, Steve completed the Executive Education, Advanced Management Program from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
